I have talked a little bit here about how I love to scrapbook and make cards, and this morning I came across a challenge on the Split Coast Stampers forum that I had to share with everyone here...
The point of this challenge is that participants have to make handmade cards inspired by Vera Bradley patterns and colors. Here is just a small sample of the cards submitted to the challenge so far:

Beautiful, aren't they! Can you tell what pattern was used as inspiration for each card?
Click here to see even more - so far, they have received about 70 submissions (and I think the challenge has been posted for only a couple of days)! If you are interested in participating in the challenge, click here to visit the Split Coast Stampers forum thread that explains how to participate.
I really, really want to join in, but I promised myself I would stay out of my craft room until after Thanksgiving. Turkey day is coming quickly, and I have so much to do to get ready. Although maybe I could make a special exception just this once - we'll see! If I give in, I'll post my picture here. Of course, if any of you contribute to the challenge, make sure you leave a comment letting us know which Vera Bradley patterns inspired you, as well as a link to your submission, so we can see what you made...
